NIACL AO 2021 Selection Process
The eligible graduates/postgraduates will be selected for NIACL AO 2021 through their performances in three different stages. The candidate has to qualify in each stage to get selected for the post of Administrative Officer Generalist posts.

NIACL AO 2021 Exam Pattern- Prelims
1. The questions will be from three sections in NIACAL Preliminary Exam: English, Reasoning, and Numerical/Quantitative Aptitude.
2. There will be a sectional timing of 20 minutes for each section.
3. There will be 100 Multiple Choice Questions for 1 mark each.
4. There will be a negative marking of ¼th mark for each incorrect answer.

NIACL AO 2021 Exam Pattern- Mains
1. The NIACL AO Mains Exam is divided into 2 sections: Objective & Descriptive type and the candidate have to pass each section separately.
2. The duration of the Objective type paper will be 2 hours and for descriptive, it will be 30 minutes.
3. There will be 200 MCQ-type questions and 2 Essay/Letter Writing questions.
4. The descriptive test will be conducted in the English language only.
